    Answer is: HCl (hydrochloric acid).
Hydrochloric acid is strong acid and in water dissociates:
    HCl(aq)u2192 Hu207a(aq) + Clu207b(aq).
Because acid gives a lot of hydrogen cations (Hu207a), pH (pH = -log[Hu207a])is lower than seven (acidic solution).
Ammonia (NHu2083) and barium hydroxide (Ba(OH)u2082) are base and their pH is higher that seven. Sodium fluoride (NaF) is neutral salt.
